About J.D.

J.D. believes that the high standards he has set for himself derive from his upbringing in the Midwest, in a small town of just 2000 people, and his time spent serving his country in the United States Air Force. In the Air Force, J.D. spent 4 years specializing in Supply Management and then moved to California looking for a place to call home.

After living in the San Diego area for almost two years, J.D. settled in the Westside of Los Angeles. J.D. feels at home in Brentwood, where he has lived for the past eight years. Once J.D. moved to the Westside of LA he started his prosperous career as a Realtor in the real estate industry.

J.D. has developed extensive knowledge of the Westside area. He has sold properties from Malibu to Westchester to Los Feliz and everywhere in between. J.D. has assisted his clients in buying and selling condos and homes in a variety of different price ranges. The majority of his clients come from his Web site, referrals, and past clients. J.D. is recognized as being one of the most technologically advanced Realtors in his area. He has also established long-standing relationships with excellent escrow companies, title companies, and inspectors.

When not working, J.D. enjoys rollerblading, kickboxing, downhill skiing and water-skiing. Spending quality time with both family and friends, to whom he is very dedicated, is of utmost importance to him. J.D. shows the same dedication to his clients. J.D. has excellent listening skills and a very understanding nature, which helps him cater to each and every client's individual circumstances and needs. J.D.'s personality has made him very popular and successful with first time buyers. He has the patience, veracity, and experience to handle all his clients' needs.
