More About Beverlywood

Historically, Beverlywood was a part of the ritzy Beverly Hills community, however in 1940, it became its own neighborhood providing housing that was more affordable than those that came with the “Beverly Hills” address. A huge perk to calling Beverlywood home is its accessibility to surrounding neighborhoods and cities. While there are a few local favorites within the neighborhood such as Undergrind Cafe where you can enjoy hand crafted latte’s, mocha’s and more, many locals will venture into surrounding communities for a larger range of dining, shopping and entertainment.  

In addition to the private parks throughout the neighborhood, you’ll also find plenty of greenspace on the western border of Beverlywood. The Rancho Park Golf Course & Driving Range, Cheviot Hills Tennis Center as well as the Rancho Park Golf Academy all provide fun and extracurricular enjoyment for those of all ages to enjoy. The most southern tip of Beverlywood nearly borders Interstate 10 which allows residents un-restricted access to some of West Los Angeles’s most sought after attractions, whether it be the Santa Monica Pier, the heart of L.A, or anything in between.
